Mill Point Equity-Backed Web Sharp Studios Joins Forces with SDVOB designated Lone Star to expand footprint to Houston Texas.

Portland, OR – April 13, 2025 – based Web Sharp Studios, a software services and engineering compnay based in Portland, OR has joined forces with Lone Star Veterans Corp United (“LSVCU”), an IT consulting firm based in Houston Texas. The partnership, effective as of Apr 13, 2025, marks a significant milestone in Web Sharp Studios’s growth strategy and equips the Company with enhanced capabilities and a broadened suite of client solutions. LSVCU represents the first add-on acquisition completed by Web Sharp Studios since Mill Point majority investment in LSVCU.
LSVCU has established and strong reputation within the military contracting arena and is a trusted provider of services delivering solutions to a diverse range of public and private sector clients. With a focus on veteran-centricity and a deep understanding of industry-specific needs, LSVCU has consistently delivered innovative technology solutions across various end-markets, including Army 1, III Corp, and DLA (Defense Logistics Agency).

The acquisition of LSVCU expands Web Sharp Studios’s national presence with a new office in Houston Texas, one of the most vibrant business and technology hubs in the world. This marks the Company’s seventh location across the United States.
